Saturday was the Halloween party here at Brown. I went with Ines, and we both had obscure, literary costumes. I was the "Creature from Between Dimensions", from Phillip K. Dick's "A Scanner Darkly". The features of the creatures are its "thousand eyes", and the ultra-modern, fine clothes. Ines went as the Wicked Witch of the East, before she became a witch, as seen in the book "Wicked" - basically, she was green. In spite of obscurity, I still had one person recognize my costume - one person! Not sure if that's good or bad.
